In 2020 he launched the Paisley Positivity design.2 of Patrick's designs, "Paisley Prince Songbook" and "Paisley Elephants" were included in an exhibition at the Museum for Islamic Art in Jerusalem, Israel from May 2022 to April 2023. The exhibition was called "Paisley: A Princely Pattern". Patrick's designs were printed as wallpapers that covered two whole rooms in the museum. The museum commissioned an Israeli menswear designer to design a suit specially for the exhibition using his "Paisley Prince Songbook" fabric.
