About Patrick Morse

Owner of Arizona Thin Film Reserarch LLC. Specalizing in Digitial Twin based simulation of large area sputtering, etching, PEVCD, Electron Beam, evaporation, and surface modification processes that take place in vacuum chambers. Leveraging 20 years of experience in the industry running physical experiments and simulations I am looking to help clients optimize their processes to help reduce operating costs. Digitial Twin models are built in COMSOL Multiphysics and can be further validated in a small R&D lab I have onsite that includes rotary cathodes, planar cathodes, and evaporation sources that can be utilized for further simulation validation.
