• Ensuring strict compliance with the Bank’s logical access Controls, Security Management policies and information Security policies in the day to day activities of all Users in the Bank.• Assign system access in line with Policy/Procedure/Regulatory Compliance.Ensuring that all critical and vital applications of the bank are centrally maintained and controlled • Password and security information custodian to most of the Bank application and servers to support various departments in IT.• Verifying that system access provisioning is in line with Policy/Procedure/Regulatory Compliance.• Ensure prompt resolution to all issues logged on the request portal• Assist and provide support for application users.

• Efficient Relationship management with Merchants;• Ensure availability and workability of Terminals;• Ensure that POS are functional at all times • Ensure increasing growth of POS transaction volume• Ensure appropriate TAT on POS Deployment• Ensure service level agreements are met while relating to PTSPs and vendors in delivering services • Drive and monitor daily transaction activities and performance of Pos merchants.• Daily visitation to merchants’ locations to ensure optimal performance of Pos terminals. • Ensure the Bank achieves POS terminal active ratio not less than 95% at all times.• Provide training to both new and existing merchants to improve product knowledge.• Resolution of Pos merchant complaints in a timely manner.• Reactivation and retrieval of inactive Pos terminals. • Work with branches & Regional Digital sales Representatives to identify viable merchants for POS deployment. • Provide support for special events sponsored by Pos merchants. • Join in marketing campaigns to drive Pos Business.

- Evaluate vulnerability notifications to determine applicability, saturation, and potential impact- Analyze vulnerability reports and produce summary guidance to System Owners and Administrators- Draft and deliver executive and technical summaries on vulnerability assessment (not authorizing or implementing changes)- Advise on appropriate prioritization of remediation efforts- Lead vulnerability remediation efforts through collaboration with patch management team and system/application owners; including issues tracking, action plans, and enhancements areas-Validate vulnerability reductions after remediation occur

• Perform network design and capacity planning.• Conduct research on network products, services, protocols, and standards in support of network procurement and development efforts.• Installs and maintains network file servers and network operating systems; ensures that backup copies of all files are routinely made and securely stored at separate location; maintains system documentation.• Provides second level technical support to users concerning network system operations.• Diagnoses problems with network equipment and performs equipment repair or upgrades when appropriate.• Installs, configures, and maintains multi-user software to be accessed from file servers.• Administer and maintain end user accounts, permissions, and access rights.• Installs, configures, and maintains network cabling and other networking equipment such as hubs, switches, and UPS.• Oversee installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of network connected end-user hardware, software, and peripheral devices• Manage security solutions, including firewall, anti-virus, and intrusion detection systems.• Works in close cooperation with Systems Analyst and Lead Information Technology Technician to facilitate management of computer labs, installing any software needed for each semester and/or special seminars.
