What I bring to bring to your company… stability and years of "know how”!Owning my own business taught me flexibility and tenacity. I learned all aspects of business, time management, employee relations and of course how to read a P&L. Having attended the "School of Hard Knocks" where I received my diploma in business. I thought it wise to learn Nursing from a formal institution. My nursing career taught me to assess the situation carefully before implementing any intervention.Academia taught me to listen with empathy. As Professor I built course curriculum with help from the other instructors, and implemented team building platform for several campus locations.I am highly educated, both formal and informal, I am flexible and willing to learn. I am looking for a stable position with an opportunity to advance.
