With over 26 years of diversified strategic leadership, investigation, tax, and consulting experience, Patrick has engaged in providing technical assistance to various entities through multiple tasks with prominent international organizations such as the International Monetary Fund(IMF), Department for International development(DFID/Maxwell stamp) and the World Bank Group. He is one of the roster experts for the Tax Inspectors Without Borders program- an initiative under the United Nations Development Programme(UNDP) and the Organization for Economic Co-operation and development(OECD), that promotes good tax audit practices across the globe. Additionally, he offers leadership capacity training and guidance to tax administrations across Africa under the African Tax Administration Forum (ATAF). Previously, while working at the Uganda Revenue Authority, he provided demonstrable leadership guidance across four different tax departments for over a period of sixteen(16) years. He effectively managed to steer the departments through periods of drastic change and was able to develop processes, systems and staff capacity in the respective areas.Patrick possesses strong analytical, interpersonal, problem-solving, communication, and coaching skills with a high sense of adaptability, creativity, and transparency. As a mentor and leadership trainer, Patrick endeavors to empower others to discover their best versions and continually find solutions to challenges by making the appropriate decisions in the right frame of mind and at the right time.
