Financial Services professional with a passion for client engagement, project management, process improvement, operations and coding. Broad end to end experience supporting asset classes in fixed income, equity, derivatives, private placements, syndicated bank loans, alternative investments and stable value.From an investment operations/ asset management standpoint, I have hands on experience that includes: trade settlements, cash and security reconciliations, sourcing and building security reference masters, corporate actions, executing investment decision, calculating and processing rate resets, security/ fund pricing, setting performance benchmarks, security classifications, and performance monitoring in line with GIPS standards. Previous roles include leadership positions in Operations Management, Client Account Management and Project/ Process Improvement Management.I graduated from La Salle University where I worked full time during the day and attended night school for 5 years to complete my bachelor’s degree. A few years later I completed my MBA degree with a specialization in management. In terms of new learning, I completed a 24 week intensive coding boot camp at the University of Pennsylvania's covering: HTML5, CSS3, Javascript (ES6), jQuery, AJAX/ APIs, Bootstrap, Materialize, Foundation, Firebase, Node.JS, MySQL, Oracle SQL, MongoDB, Express, Handlebars and React. Understanding these concepts by building full stack applications has given me insight into the development process. When wearing the project manager hat, or completing QA testing, this new skill set has helped me take better requirements, and complete comprehensive test scripts. I’ve even had the opportunity to code on a few projects. I am currently enrolled in Villanova’s Lean Six Sigma Green Belt program, and plan to sit for ASQ exam in 2023. I also plan to expand my current Salesforce experience by completing the Admin certification over the next 18 months.
