I am part of a vibrant team charged with the operation and maintenance of the company Effluent Treatment Plant.My duties and responsibilities include but not limited to:1. Carrying out both scheduled and break down maintenance on the plant assets(equipment)2.Operating the plant by monitoring the SCADA and walking about the plant.3. Collecting and analyzing samples of effluent from different sampling point of the plant.4. Doing walk about in the upstream areas and giving report during tier one meetings.5. Preparing and sharing shift reports with relevant stakeholders.

Mombasa Road Site

My duties include but not limited to;1.Breakdown and preventive maintenance of machines (hydraulics and pneumatics)2.Installation of new machines in coordination with the workshop staff3.Preparation of maintenance schedules in coordination with the factory manager 4.Installation, inspection and carrying out repairs on the companies air and water lines5.Allocation of jobs to maintenance staff in coordination with the maintenance foreman.6.Inspection and servicing of chillers and cooling towers7. Preparing daily maintenance reports.8. Supervising and preparing Bill of Materials for projects
