CurrentOversee and execute all inventory specific initiativesDeliver results and strategic direction by ensuring execution of day-to-day operationsWork with cross-divisional teams to build consensus on strategic objectives, goals, and operational plansEnsure the store is audit compliant and achieves acceptable scores Establish and implement operational policies, standards, and procedures for retail staff Ensure compliance with all safety and security policies and procedures within the retail store Communicate, work closely, and successfully collaborate with other Managers to achieve the organization’s goalsAble to grasp and understand the processes of fulfillment and software programs: proficiency and experience in Microsoft Office and Excel, Google Suite, and METRCLead, motivate, inspire, and coach employees to create a patient-centric environment resulting in a memorable and positive patient experience, building patient retention, strong relationships, and brand awareness and loyaltyResponsible for performance management of all employees in partnership with Human ResourcesResponsible and accountable for store P&L and controllable expenses insofar as inventory is concernedSpearhead merchandising, operations, marketing, and execution of store and company standards
