As a CPM Scheduling Consultant, I support both Contractors and Owners in developing, updating, reviewing, and analyzing construction schedules for all phases of a project life. I'm an expert user in both Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project. I have extensive experience in a variety of project types including but not limited to: airports, subways, data centers, ports of entry, courthouses, heavy civil, commercial, hospitals, residential, among others. As a consultant to the Contractor, I'm typically asked to develop baseline schedules, perform monthly updates, cost and resource load schedules, explain scheduling impacts via "Fragnet" or "Time Impact Analysis", review cashflow projections, provide quality controls on existing schedules to make sure they are compliant with the specifications, and review schedules overall to ensure the sequences are realistic and the most efficient. In providing scheduling support to Owners, I'm typically asked to review, interpret, and communicate the progress being made month-to-month and analyze the impacts that any changes made to the construction sequence would have on the overall schedule. I have extensive experience in reviewing Contractor claims, time extension requests, baseline schedules, and monthly updates.I have extensive experience in supporting construction delay claims; both on the Owner's side and the Contractor's side.
