-Call on authorized applicators to assist with bids/proposals and answer system questions-Assist field personnel on product technical issues, update literature and update customers on new product updates-Call on building owners to provide current product information and roofing assistance-Assist field technical meetings, seminars and pre-bid/ pre-job conferences-Support architects and consultants in writing Versico specifications-Utilize Versico tools and services (True roof rater, True roof cost, and website) to influence decision makers on our products-Assist reps in developing and executing market specific develop plans-Assist regional manager in securing competitive information from reps, distributors and contractors-Perform hand on product demos for contractors, distributors and consultants -Perform AIA presentation to build Versico's specification position

-Assist sales representatives with a variety of tasks to coordinate and manage the sales cycle.-Assist Roofing Applicators in bid / proposal preparation, answer questions. -Assist roofing sales and estimating personnel on product / technical issues, update literature & website-Assist architects and consultants in answering product / technical questions and writing Versico specifications-Assist distribution in obtaining quotes, literature and samples, answering product / technical questions.-Utilize Microsoft Dynamics CRM with sales representatives to input, track and manage sales opportunities, including "after action plans"-Assist sales representatives and regional managers in securing competitive information from distributors and contractors-Assist regional managers with implementing contractor programs, preparing reports and collecting information.

-Handle all customer requests, managing customer orders from placement through shipment, providing accurate lead times and verifying pricing, credit memos and return authorization requests-Monitor backorders, review rescheduling report daily and communicate in a timely manner with customers on backorder situations-Review open orders on a regular basis and close out old orders as necessary-Maintain a network of appropriate contacts within the various Departments such as Traffic, Purchasing, AP, Production, etc. as well as with external vendors.

- Worked independently visiting 150 pools (May-Aug. 2011)- PA Department of Health in multiple counties assuring compliance with Kline Plaza Medical Center state rules and regulations (43 Kline Village)- Entered and monitored various compliance indicators into the state's registry for pool inspections

- Created spreadsheets and entered data into the state's registry for the influenza vaccine (May-Aug. 2010)- Performed extensive research on school health (625 Forster Street)- Assisted staff in various office duties
