- Developing and implementing Bryt-Knowledge’s social media strategy and social content, including writing and editing of social content, development of social media campaigns, community management, and engagement.- Developing and managing online marketing activities such as SEO/SEM, social media marketing, display ads, content marketing, and other digital tools to maximize ROI.- Working with Marketing Assistants to manage, execute and optimize traditional campaigns into digital marketing campaigns.- Monitoring campaign success metrics using social networking analytics tools (e.g. using Google Analytics, Flurry, BrandWatch, Facebook & Twitter Analytics, GDN & Google AdWords Analytics)- Managing the growth and engagement of online audiences via social media including, but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and blogs.- Developing digital content, creative, and user interfaces.- Copy-writing.- Conduct online advocacy and open stream for cross-promotions on all digital media platforms, that is social media and website on and offsite search engine optimization (SEO).- Manage the design and creation of promotions and Digital advertising campaigns.- Analyze campaigns and translate anecdotal or qualitative data into recommendations and plans for revising the Digital Media CampaignsThe role includes driving the group's Sales and Marketing strategy with an emphasis on financial inclusion.
