This entails system optimization through Research,Analysis,Documentation,Proposals & Implementation of the Turnquest ERP Solution to issues as well as Design and Development for approved improvements.The role is also charged with development of appropriate reports & administration services in a manner that ensures that all customer information is secure & the pertinent SLA measures are attained-so as to support and contribute to the Insurance strategic objectives now and in the future.Key Roles include :Identify, propose and evaluate improvements to systems, functionality and processes as appropriate.Analyze, troubleshoot and resolve issues encountered by users across the bank and customers, within agreed timescales.Review updates, test and implement changes and/or enhancements in compliance with the Change Management Policy.Administer, maintain, monitor and perform custodial duties on the Core Turnquest Insurance System so as to ensure optimal use, efficiency, reliability and stability as per agreed levels of service delivery. Provide support and supervise day-to-day support of the core system and all assigned business application systems. Execute System integration testing and subsequent implementation of system upgrades, hot-fixes, patch releases.Analyze, design, program and develop accurate functionality and reports. Risk assessments and mitigation application. Ensure processes and procedures for all key activities are documented and updated accordingly. Work closely with other analysts, ICT management and users of all systems. Communicate incidences, issues and service disruptions.
