CurrentI have 25+ years experience and performance in Business Reengineering and Transformation in the finance and technology industries. I can operate at both senior management levels and at the coal face, and have the ability to understand both strategic and tactical approaches to improving business performance. As a result I have a sound understanding of the key drivers and proven capability at establishing connections between the two to achieve the desired business outcomes.I am a very capable leader of both large and small teams, preferring an inclusive management style. I enjoy connecting and collaborating with others and will provide a clear direction, a sense of purpose, a real focus, and will build a highly engaged and high performing team. I enjoy a challenge and strive to get things done and done well, including bringing people on the journey.I enjoy passing on my skills and knowledge through proactively working with others.Outside of work I am a real family person, so spending time with family is a priority, and outside of this I enjoy DIY, having previously been a builder many years ago.
