As Senior Inspector I am tasked with the management of inspectors on multiple large scale infrastructure rehabilitation projects ranging from $10M to $60M throughout New York and Vermont. I assist the Resident Engineers with administrative responsibilities such as; Change Order draft/resolution, contractor submittal reviews for acceptance, facilitating bi-weekly progress meetings, tracking schedules, as well as daily inspection activities.

As Chief Construction Inspector My duties were to manage teams of inspectors to achieve Quality Assurance excellence on Vermont Agency of Transportation infrastructure rehabilitation projects ranging from $250k to $59M. Assisted Quality Assurannce Managers and Resident Engineers with pre-construction administrative items such as; pre-construction conferences, contract/plan sheet reviews for constructibility, review of contractor submittals for acceptance. Other duties included; drafting/submitting Change Orders, daily activity tracking through state agency software, contractor schedule tracking, and general inspection activities.

Provided a range of services including the management of inspection staff, Resident Engineering, and construction inspection on State of Vermont Agency of Transportation project ranging from $350K - $59M. Duties as construction inspector include but are not limited to; SiteManager daily report entries, quantity calculation, concrete testing, HMA testing, contract/plan review, contractor submittal review and tracking.

Worked part-time/seasonally to provide assistance with carpentry, general labor responsibilities, as well as periodic safety inspection duties to follow USDA guidelines for food processing facilities.Worked as a project Superintendent for a minor steam heat system upgrade at Keene State College during the summer of 2007. Worked to lead a group of subcontractors to remove and re-install new steam heating pipes for the Southern section of the school's campus.
