I manage the rigid assembly section of the business leading assembly lines producing bathroom / kitchen / bedroom units for some of the major construction and retail companies in the uk.

Lead project of introduction of CNC machine shop within the current manufacturing plant. I also review and introduced some improvements to current production processes

Overall responsibility for the manufacturing processes with in the Ballymoney plant. During this time I managed in introduction of Terex processes.
