I am a registered nurse with over 12 years experience in an array of fields and specialties. Initially I began my career in emergency care and quickly achieved the role of Emergency Department Charge Nurse and furthering my experience with specialties in Trauma, Cardiac Care, and Pediatrics. Often floating to different areas in the hospital setting including ICU, OR, Peds, and Burn/Wound care. Then I ventured to Interventional Cardiology by way of the Cardiac Cath Lab for several years. After that, I began to expand my experience by acquiring a position as a staff RN at an outpatient surgical center, specializing in Vascular and Interventional Radiology. After 3 years, I achieved the role of Team Leader and Facility Care Coordinator which is my current role. I am still employed in emergency care on a PRN basis, which mostly consist of evening or weekend shifts. I have excelled in every area I have taken on, but am constantly learning and seeking to engage in new experiences and endeavors as a registered nurse.
