• Key responsibilities include: promoting Baraka Fertilizers Blend, acquiring new customers while maintaining existing one through effective business follow-up, expanding into new markets by conducting market research.
• Engage in farmer outreach at market days, religious and social gatherings to promote awareness about climate-smart agroforestry practices and the benefits of using Baraka fertilizers. This initiative aims to enhance.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and field trips to leverage networks in Baraka fertilizer sales and Tractors like case ( i, ii and iii), creating new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with the marketing department to develop compelling content, execute digital and field campaigns to increase awareness of SOURCE across fertilizer usage regions.
• Organize and conduct Field activities, Demos, farmers meetings and venture new market.

• KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Monitoring of green leaf quality received on day to day basis
• Educating farmers on the plucking methods and tea husbandry practices.
• Conducting demonstration on crop production operations at the farms assigned.
• Training farmers on the applications of chemicals and fertilizer at their individual farms.
• Ensuring plucked leaf quality and handling is to the Company’s standards.
