I have a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology, where I graduated in 2021. My core competencies include Internet Protocol (IP), networking, category analysis, and data visualization.As a Content Editor, I am responsible for creating and updating stores, menus, products, and promotions on the Glovo app, ensuring that they are accurate, appealing, and user-friendly. I also manage polygons, store mapping, and product images, using various tools and software. In addition, I am a Content Editor-Groceries, where I focus on creating and updating groceries stores, quality checking the database, and responding to client requests. I use my data analysis and visualization skills to create dashboards and reports with Google Looker and Excel, and to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
