Group Head Of M&A & General Counsel
As Group Head of M&A and member of the extended executive management team of the Nordomatic group, I lead all aspects of Nordomatic's M&A efforts, including target screening, negotiations, stakeholder management, integration etc.M&A is an integral part of Nordomatic's value creation plan and as head of Nordomatic's M&A efforts, I lead the expansion into UK and Benelux as well as the acquisition and integration of new business areas into the Nordomatic group supporting Nordomatic's vision of One Company - One Culture.Along with group management, I was responsible for setting the M&A strategy of Nordomatic. I set up the internal processes for both the acquisition and integration phases of Nordomatic's M&A efforts, including authoring the Nordomatic M&A Playbook used internally within Nordomatic for all M&A and integration processes to streamline and strengthen the processes.Further, as the first general counsel of the Nordomatic group, I was responsible for building the in-house legal function, including group level standardization of contracts, specific contract drafting, contract interpretation and negotiations, implementing group level policies, handling disputes etc.My responsibilities further included internal leadership training through the Nordomatic Academy and general legal training within Nordomatic.
