Efficient operation and integration of the new Advanced Sterilization Products (ASP) business which is expected to trade in over 60 jurisdictions, was acquired from Johnson & Johnson in April 2019 and is lead out of Schaffhausen, Switzerland. Designing and ensuring the tax efficient running of ASP’s holding and financing structure and the supply chain through the Swiss principal company. Fortive’s tax partner for the ASP business and finance teams. This does include the implementation and management of the global income tax compliance and tax accounting process and the implementation of tax planning strategies globally. Planning and implementation of other Fortive reorganization projects and tax planning and M&A initiatives within EMEA for Fortive’s other 20 independent operating companies.Fortive OUS tax lead on the DAC 6 implementation and for the Pillar 2 implementation.
