-Identifies risks and implements loss control solutions to prevent and reduce future losses-Develops and runs various risk reports to identify and analyze loss trends-Consults with and provides guidance to company departments regarding insurance and risk management-related issues-Reviews certificates of insurance to ensure compliance with contractual provisions and the company’s insurance policies -Analyzes insurance, indemnification, and limitation of liability provisions of contractual agreements and provides risk assessments and recommendations to operations, legal and management-Negotiates the renewal for joint venture insurance programs-Reviews insurance policies and endorsements for accuracy-Collaborates and oversees all risk management support service providers-Oversees the progression and management of risk transferred claims-Leads claims and audit reviews-Serves as a central point of contact concerning premium payments, premium allocations, and the risk transfer budget

-Manages, Assists and Develops enterprise risk management tools, practices, and policies to analyze and report enterprise risks, and to manage risks according to an enterprise risk management framework-Identifies, measures and manages insurable risks -Risk management lead for numerous mergers, acquisitions and divestures -Manages various Avery Dennison global insurance programs-Works with internal and external stakeholders-Assists with the management of the Avery Dennison's captive insurance company-Manages insurance claims and loss recovery strategies for various lines of coverage-Manages relationships with outside vendors-Provides oversight and direction for site and travel related security risks-Ensures the organization's risk management policies and strategies are in compliance with applicable regulations, and strategic imperatives of the organization-Provides key business units (Procurement, Law Dept., Licensing and others) with direction and advisory on insurance and indemnity contract provisions to support Avery Dennison risk transfer strategy-Manages the continuation and development of RMIS systems to optimize overall RM processes-Manages corporate risk management insurance budget -Gathers, prepares and submits renewal applications and corresponding data-Develops quarterly scorecard for C-Suite; containing statistical analysis of loss trends, as well as, providing updates on risk management's key priorities and goals

-Manages medium to high complexity Reality Television, Independent film and Traditional Corporate accounts-Effective working knowledge of carrier underwriting practices and processes, including Property & Casualty, Miscellaneous Errors & Omissions and Management Liability placements.-Gathers, analyzes and communicates data on exposures, loss history and coverage-Interacts directly with clients to identify insurance needs and places coverage solutions tailored to customer’s business model-Reviews contracts, policies, endorsements and claims to ensure that proper coverage is in place-Keeps all key individuals advised of developments to warrant continuity of service-Collaborates with numerous departments, such as, claims, legal, brokerage and finance, to develop prospective clients and meet existing client’s needs-Establishes and presents account specific service plans and delivery approaches

-Underwrites professional, general and cyber liability for, but not limit to, allied healthcare, non-standard physicians and social services-Coordinates local and national marketing trips to strengthen existing client relationships and build new ones-Meets production goals and client expectations by identifying exposures for rating and quoting, negotiating terms and conditions with producing agents while handling and servicing an existing book-Prioritizes work according to the client’s needs by establishing appropriate turnaround times and informs colleagues of potential client issues-Collaborates with other departments to insure that products and services met the client’s expectations
