In this role, I am Responsible for; - Ensuring optimal operational processes are created, implemented, and maintained. I - Conduct annual audits and reviews to ensure the Supply Chain Operations are compliant with regulations & standards. - Conducting annual warehouse inventory & safety quality audits for maintenance materials & cabin commissary stock across 10 of the organisation's warehouses and service hubs. - Responsible for oversight of new and existing operational processes across the department.- Responsible for department wide Standard Operating Procedure creation and revision responsibilities to assist in new hire and recurrent training.- Review external compliance requirements from industry and governmental bodies and ensure those requirements remain current and are incorporated in our processes.- Capturing quality escapes & developing methods to communicate trends while working with internal and external stakeholders.- Collaborate with department leaders to maintain & support education efforts related to audit & compliance areas of their individual part of the business.
