I have more than 18 years of analytics experience designing, analyzing and implementing traditional and self-service business intelligence solutions. My career arc has mirrored the industry, shifting from primarily IT-driven, highly-governed solutions to more self-service and visualization-centric but with the common theme being business enablement. I seek to take on the challenges of that shift through the orchestration of people, process and technology. I emphasize collaboration and implementing processes that are independent of tool, working across industries with a focus on driving business insight. Outside of work you can find me on the sidelines of his kid's sports, usually as the coach. When I am not running to kids activities I can be found literally running outside (well more of a slow jog) while listening to a good historical fiction audiobook.
