I reported directly to the Appointed Manager, maintaining clear and effective communication channels. I complied with reasonable directions from the Appointed Manager and GEL, ensuring adherence to company policies and objectives. I utilized company-provided resources effectively to perform duties and deliver services satisfactorily, supporting operational efficiency and goal achievement.

Duties and Responsibilities1. Mobilize manpower and equipment fully.2. Oversee overburden and rotary core drilling, and sampling at quarry sites.3. Monitor stabilizing holes for caving issues, avoiding grouting before packer tests.4. Ensure the contractor records core losses, drill drops, water loss/recovery, aquifer zones, and penetration rates.5. Supervise sampling and in-situ permeability tests, maintaining records to international standards.6. Oversee packing, transport, and storage of core samples and ensure necessary testing.7. Ensure piezometers are installed in selected boreholes for groundwater monitoring.8. Record water levels twice daily and manage packer and permeability tests in unconsolidated foundations.9. Ensure test pits assess soil layers and quarry rock for aggregates.10. Verify that the contractor sets and labels concrete benchmarks.11. Ensure sampling methods, quantities, and safe transport meet specifications.
