• Accurately reconcile accounts to determine if the funds have been processed in good order
• Research financial transactions to understand the cause of the item being rejected and provide a description of the item to the appropriate line of business
• Identifies and escalates high risk items that could potentially result in a financial loss for Boston Financial
• Communicate fraudulent activity to internal compliance team as well as direct manager
• Review the fraudulent activity report to mitigate risk for Boston Financial and clients
• Produce a high quality of work using resources and tools

• Generate estimates produced by internal operations groups
• Review estimates and inform custody of the financial impact to the demand deposit account (DDA)
• Data entry of dividend rates and produce appropriate reports for each dividend payout
• Escalate high risk items and discrepancies and variances to direct supervisor

Responsible for researching and reconciling class action lawsuits for various clients
