A strategic and conceptual professional who has worked in healthcare, managed a work at home call center and held progressive levels of leadership in the military for over 42years. I thoroughly enjoy networking with the many contacts from vastly different backgrounds I have encountered in my life. I work for the VA Healthcare System (VISN 1) as a Biomedical Equipment Support Specialist maintaining medical equipment while still pursuing my entrepreneurial dreams. I have a service connected disability and have experienced the VA from both the compensation and healthcare sides as well as now the employee side. I am passionate about helping veteran causes and try to connect all my initiatives and experiences to ultimately making life better for those who served and continue to serve. I am registered in the State of Connecticut as a aNotary Public. My goal is to further support programs that provide the needed support to veterans and their families. Struggling PTSD and Suicide. I am completely vested in the concept of “paying it forward”. I have honed my skills for presenting, networking and soliciting through the years and am now applying them to help Veterans needing healthcare through the VA by providing world class service and medical equipment support, serve as Chairman, Board of Trustees, Connecticut Department of Veterans Affairs, Co-Founder and serve as a board member of the Veterans Strong Community Center in Bristol CT, and always "paying it forward" for members of the veteran community and their families.
