Patrick is an experienced operations manager, construction manager, superintendent, and construction inspector for heavy civil, asphalt paving, landscape construction, transportation, and other infrastructure projects, primarily located in Colorado Springs, including West Colorado Avenue (APWA Large Transportation Project Winner), Baptist Road (APWA Project of The Year Winner), Powers Boulevard corridor turn lanes, and the Elliott & HW 24 Intersection.• Experience as an operations manager and construction manager including but not limited to; project meetings, pay estimates, scheduling, staff management, and project coordinating. • Experience in construction inspection for roadways and other related infrastructure, including pavement, concrete, water pipelines, retaining walls, and other utilities. • Experience as a superintendent, coordinator, construction foreman, landscape installation, installation of retaining walls, pipelines, and other utilities for a variety of project types.
