He is an experienced leader that spent nearly seven years in the U.S. Army as a paratrooper and completed three combat deployments leading soldiers. His military awards include the Bronze Star Medal and the Purple Heart Medal.Patrick is an engaging facilitator that has led leadership development programs for a variety of clients, from Fortune 500 clients to small businesses and across a variety of industries.
