Breeze Support Solutions Ltd is a bespoke supported living and domiciliary care provider that was established in March 2014. Our services are geared to provide support to individuals to develop and maintain independent living skills that sustain their day to day lives. We offer support tailored to each individual we support between the ages of 18 and 65 years of age. As an organisation we strongly believe that every individual we support has great potential and can achieve extra ordinary things in the right environment, with the right support. Platinum Support Solutions are an independent specialist children's specialist residential care services. The company has a specific focus on children who present high severity needs with challenging behaviours and complex care requirements. We work in partnership with children, young people, families, carers, schools, local authorities and therapists to deliver the right care solutions for each young person we support. We aim to empower each individual we support to live their lives to their maximum potential in a safe stable environment. Our services are designed for short-, medium- and long-term residential care for children and young people between the age of 8 and 18 years. Our leaving care service offers supported accommodation for young adults between the ages of 16 and 25 years.We provide services to children and young people with a diagnosis of:• Autism• Learning disabilities• Physical disabilities• Acquired brain injury• Social, emotional and mental health (SEMH)• Complex health needs including deaf and hearing loss • Those who have adverse childhood experiences, such as, sexual trauma, neglect, among others.We accept planned and emergency placements and ensure that each child or young people has a bespoke individualised care plan. We also support young people with their transitional plans to adulthood.
