My prior roles span from direct manufacturing to R&D/technical development - along with several volunteer positions - giving me a broad range of experiences (both domestic and abroad) to learn from in both my career and in life.I am a strong believer in leadership principles such as Leader Standard Work, Visual Management, Situational Leadership, and Socratic Coaching. When applied properly, each of these plays an important role in developing high-performing teams and organizations. Being a strong leader dictates the use of these tools and methodologies every day.
