I have more than 20 years of experience in developing new businesses and joint ventures in Malaysia, Singapore and Australia.In 2004, I started the first family karaoke entertainment business in Ipoh. K BOX Karaoke has become a market leader in the region and also expanded into 6 outlets that include Sabah and Sarawak. Over the years, I have further expanded the karaoke business nationwide under the brand names of KMAX & KMIX. I have being appointed as Partner and Director for Koshidaka Malaysia (a subsidiary of Koshidaka Holdings in Japan) by expanding Japan’s biggest brand and world largest karaoke chain – Karaoke Manekineko to develop Malaysia market together.From 2020 July I have being appoint as President of Malaysia Family Karaoke Association to help the industry to negotiate with government department during the pandemic. I have knowledge of developing and managing the implementation of franchise business models in Malaysia and overseas, Being one of the pioneer and a veteran karaoke business owner in Malaysia, I also have strong connections with the media & entertainment business industryI am interest in map studies and city developments, where I develops my property investment with exponential market growth potential.
