I have developed great facilitating and presentation skills from my time as a trainer in the Inflight Service Training and Development Center, at Cathay Pacific Airways Ltd. I also posses great communication and leadership skills as a Senior Purser while I was a flight attendant with Cathay Pacific Airways. I am a fully qualified referee and coach, certified by the Hong Kong Taekwondo Association. I have taught Taekwondo classes for adults as well as children for over five years. This was where I built and honed my observation skills. These skills play an important role during classes as well as Taekwondo competitions, because we have to act quickly to ensure that safety is upheld for all students as well as participants.I also posses basic first aid skills in line with St John's Ambulance standards. All the skills that I have attained over the years, greatly enhances my role as a Development Manager. Being able to multi task, to be able to read a situation quickly, and to be sensitive to the needs of my client/team is something that is important to me. In any stage of life or business, communication is key. And this is where I come in. To be able to interact effectively, clearly and articulately with my partners, clients as well as vendors.
