Senior Regional Manager
Current- Responsible for Southern & East Coast region bancassurance business development, lead and manage a team to work closely with RHB bank.- Monitor, analyze, and stimulate the sales performance for bank and report on the progress regularly to RHB regional director.- Strategizing business strategies with RHB Regional Director and Regional Sales Head to improve the Regular Premium productivity.- Strategizing business strategies with RHB Southern Region Head of Business Banking and Direct Sales Mortgage Regional Manager to improve the credit life penetration rate.- Strategizing business strategies with RHB Southern Region Head of Business Banking and CEPS Relationship Manager to improve Employee Benefits business volume.- Develop training materials and conduct training to new/existing sales force as a line trainer.- Provide coaching to banker and team members to meet beyond the expectations.- Involved in product development, develop sales concept and sales tools.- Involved in process improvement with functional units such as branch operation.
