As a Document Controller at HBK Contracting having worked using software such as Microsoft Share Point and Oracle Aconex as the platform solution to deliver an Electronic Document Management System (EDMS), Common Data Environment (CDE) in a global construction Company, I provided full effective, and timely support at the procurement department and document control process of various construction projects for the Fifa World cup held in qatar for over 5yrs at the Main officeI worked closely with project managers, commercial managers, construction managers, main contractors, and design teams to ensure the production and issuance of project documentation in line with project protocols. I used Aconex and Unifier systems, which I have mastered through extensive experience and training. I also organize and facilitate internal and external meetings, presentations, and correspondence.I have a keen attention to detail and a strong sense of operations. I am always eager to learn new skills and technologies to enhance my performance and efficiency.My duties included the bellow 1.Process all purchase orders, including coding and managing all information through excel order sheets (Order tracker, Buyer tracker, Order confirmation, Packing lists, Payments) 2.Liaise with suppliers and buyers, acting as intermediary to expedite deliveries and resolve any issues relating to delivery. 3.Communicate with the Sites on all issues relating to delivery, monitoring the number of deliveries received/managed within delivery window 4.Maintain awareness of department OTB and status and value of each brand/category as well as assist in reorders and replenishments as applicable 5.Work closely with my Procurement Engineers and Executives counterparts to understand and analyze reports and maintain awareness of progress against budgets and plans articulated by the team to ensure orders are consistent with these. 6.Assist the Procurement in maintaining procurement documents in a systematic and auditable fashion. 7.Assume responsibility for the input of accurate Work Oders, Purchase Orders and Quotations.8.Creation of Purchase Orders with accurate information to include, terms of delivery, delivery dates, payments terms, cost price and selling prices and style definition to product hierarchy. 9.Ensure that all data entry is completed in line with the buying critical path. 11.Constant support of customer service team in order to guarantee customer satisfaction 12.Solicit written and telephone quotations from suppliers
