• Compliance with statutory authorities of all pension schemes• Training Trustees, sponsors and members of their rights and responsibilities• Advising the retiring members on options of investment at retirement.• Updating schemes members ‘contributions on a monthly basis and following up any outstanding data from the Clients.• Preparing schemes quarterly reports and sending them to Clients• Managing Clients complaints to ensure Client satisfaction and relationship building.• Monitoring the performance of the investment companies to ensure security of the funds for our clients• Processing and submitting tenders to procuring entities and following up of same.• Facilitate negotiation of policy covers and placement of business with reputable underwriters for the best terms.• Confirms payments of benefits are done in accordance with Trust Deed rules and regulations and further ensures that the payment made to eligible members is computed correctly.• Handling all aspects of claims and Administration relating to life and pension department• Lead in timely renewal of existing Client portfolio within the Company benchmarks.• Reporting to the management on monthly basis the premium recorded under Life & Pensions Division• Business Growth
