As the Head of Creative Industries Strategy at the Department for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport (DCMS), I work with a range of stakeholders to develop and implement policies that support the growth and resilience of the UK's creative sectors. I have over 13 years of experience in the UK civil service, working on diverse and complex policy areas such as EU exit, civil justice, foreign affairs, and advertising.My core competencies include policy design and delivery, stakeholder engagement strategy. I have led and contributed to several successful policy initiatives and negotiations, both at the national and international level, involving multiple partners and agencies. I am passionate about promoting the UK's creative industries as a key driver of economic and social value, and fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration across the government and industry.
