Managed the life cycle of drilling service assets using the Condition Based maintenance to assists in planning, coordination and timely delivery of equipment to the rig.Conducted all equipment maintenance activities and tasks in a safe manner with the use of JSA for Risk Analysis and mitigation consistently with no LTI.Focused the team on asset efficiency such that equipment Days to Turn Time and Days in Repair greatly reduced to less than a month.Consistently ensured equipment maintenance and assembly processes and procedures were followed according to the Quality Management System. This was evident in the higher level of service delivery recorded.Led the maintenance team to provide equipment and tools that delivered 10 wells for a Deep water project. This was recognized by the client as there were four best in class wells.Cut down inventory surplus to about ten percent by focusing on planned repairs and inventory required at the point of triage.Improved the level of QC of equipment and tools which in turn improved equipment reliability.Developed and implemented methods that helped improve equipment reliability and hence reduced service interrupts. This translated to cost savings as there were no COPQDemonstrated understanding of industry standards and inspection in the mobilization and movement of equipment as there were no missed mobilizations less than 3 NCR raised in a year. . Used SAP in asset management, Plant Maintenance, inventory management and cost planning.Performed the Radiation Safety Officers role for the facility since 2012 with consistent compliance to National, company and international standards.
