Patrick is an experienced property professional with leadership experience across acquisitions, development management and finance within both Master Planned Communities and Land Lease Communities. Patrick is currently National Acquisitions Director driving Stockland’s growth to being market leaders in Australia’s Land Lease Communities sector. He has been working with Stockland, one of the largest, diversified property groups in Australia, for over 14 years and has held various roles across this period. He is an experienced and natural leader who has successfully built high performing teams. Patrick is a qualified member of Chartered Accountants Ireland and has earned the designation as FCA (Fellow Chartered Accountant). He trained as a Chartered Accountant in private practice with Deloitte, the largest professional services network in the world.
