I am a Director of Customer Experience (CX) at RBCx, an innovation arm of RBC, where I lead a team of product designers and user researchers to create amazing experiences for our customers. I have over 12 years of experience in user experience (UX) design and research, across various domains and industries.My passion is to apply research and experimentation to find new ways to find harmony between consumers, technology, and business. I have a Master of Arts in Psychology/Human Computer Interaction from Carleton University, and I have taught user experience certification courses and been published in textbooks, academic journals, and magazines. My mission is to support businesses in the creation of evidence-based design solutions that deliver value and delight to their customers.
