• Rebuilt the Sales Incentive Compensation Management team from the ground up to include recruiting top talent and implementing the Xactly ICM tool.

• Central point of contact to lead, guide, and train on pricing principles and practice across two Divisions.
• Lead large and strategic RFP process to include risk assessments and financial modeling.

• Direct supervision of two analysts and indirect supervision of two analysts on a dotted line basis.
• Responsible for the formation of all aspects of the Engineering AOP to include overhead rate calculation, direct labor utilization ($60M), overhead expenses ($85M), capital requirements ($7M), and the headcount plan.
• Provide weekly/monthly status reports to Engineering Sr. Management to ensure all projects and initiatives keep to current budget and schedule.
• Created specialized reporting for non-direct labor to provide further insight on engineering utilization.
• Monthly presentations to Sr. Executives highlighting both issues & performance.
