Service inbound calls professionally and appropriately; follow certain guidelines accordingly to HIPPA laws. Help with Members concerns with certain questions regards to there health Insurance & needs. Also determine what they are eligible for on coverage’s’ through Mass health & what they provide. Use several systems (such as State Main frame or Mass Serve) also web access to help & service all customer needs & concerns!
