Most recently I was the CEO of Dama Financial, a $28mm banking and payments fintech company serving the Cannabis industry. In early 2024 I drove Dama to profitability for the first time through a combination of organic growth, driving efficiencies through business systems integration and cost cutting. Working with my Board, I executed two successful strategic transactions selling Dama’s two core business units, delivering shareholder value. Prior to my tenure as Dama CEO, I co-founded and grew the fintech payments company, MSP Consulting. At MSP, I forged over 50 strategic partnerships with Financial Institutions and built a client-base exceeding 2,000 business customers, driving the company’s ARR to $3.5mm. In 2019 I formed a relationship with Talus Pay, an Alverez & Marsal (A&M) portfolio company, and negotiated an acquisition of MSP by A&M delivering 5.5x in shareholder value. I refined my business acumen, people development and technology integration skills as a Partner with Accenture over my 13 years with the firm. The foundations of my leadership development and technology skills were forged at Texas A&M where I earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering.
