Direct strategic owner of Cerner’s flagship Population Health applications (55,000+ users) including management responsibilities for population health strategy team and prioritization and workload planning for ~80 cross-functional team members (engineers, project managers, visual designers, and consultants in the U.S. and Bangalore) utilizing LEAN and Agile development methodologies. Delivered over 20 major application and platform enhancements while simultaneously improving application performance (response times improved by over 1 second) and resolving over 100 reported defects. Planned and prioritized development across teams working on separate applications while considering end user needs, fulfilling contract commitments, and aligning with Cerner’s vision. Point of contact for Alpha partner of HealtheRegistries™ resulting in Best Client Show of Year in 2013. Often tasked with simplifying complicated decisions and issues by learning from engineers and then translating the complexity via self-designed diagrams and interesting visual metaphors. Once explained to a client the complexity of what they were asking for with Venn diagrams shaped like apples, oranges, and pineapples. Frequently involved in RFP response, contract term definition, and contract fulfillment documentation.

Implemented Consumer Portal™ solution allowing 40,000+ consumers access to their clinical records. Author of marketing materials, training guides, and technical guides for products with >30,000 users.
