Entrepreneurial by my very nature I launched my new safety Consultancy business called "Pat O Brien Safety".I first began my foray into health and safety back in 1979, having worked a great deal in the manufacturing and construction sector, before establishing my own Safety Consultancy and Training business in 2011.It was through employment with Williaam Cox Ireland Ltd, that I developed a range of Health and Safety systems and management skills.Over the last number of years, through experience and further educational qualification in Production Management, Quality and a Health and Safety Certification, I can now provide a range of risk management and safety services to a variety of industries.My current role is to oversee the development of Pat O Brien safety via interaction with clients and prospective customers from a Safety Systems Management point of view. These duties consist of;• Planning and successfully delivering large, medium and small health and safety and training projects with high levels of risk, complexity and change management.• Providing mentorship and leadership to team leads in project safety execution.• Working with external clients in a structured framework to budget, schedule and drive health and safety management projects to successful completion.• Assessment and continuous improvement of current project management safety tools and techniques .Management Background:• Production Management• Contract Management• Safety Management• EH&S and OH&S compliance and training.• World Class manufacturing project team building.
