Patrick has been at the forefront of BPV since its inception and helped build out the financial underwriting, investor pool and capital raise for BPV's first fund. He has experience in the development and management of over $125 million in RV Park/Campground investments across the country. Patrick served as the Managing Director of a large, Chicago-based development company that had an arm focused solely on RV-Parks before branching out on his own.

Pat focused on the analysis and disposition of apartment buildings on the north side of Chicago.
