Responsible for the corporate accounting, fiduciary accounting and treasury operations of this $140M commercial insurance wholesale broker. Member of the Executive Committee and an officer of the holding company, Crump Group, Inc., the largest wholesale broker in the world. Successfully managed the integration of three accounting operations after the acquisition of BISYS Commercial Insurance Services, Inc. in 2007, which doubled the size of the Company. Played a key role in the sale of the Company from Marsh & McLennan to J.C.Flowers, a private equity firm in 2005. A member of the executive team that grew the Company from a small six office $16M corporation to the 4th largest commercial insurance wholesale broker with 15 offices and $80M in revenue.

Managed or was a member of the engagement team on a variety of projects within the financial services industry. The engagements included systems development and implementation, organization reviews, operational studies, management reporting design and strategic plans.

This unit was responsible for the expense and budget reporting of the Chicago Home Office. Earlier positions included job design and satisfaction surveys as a member of the Human Resources staff and other various supervisory positions through the management training program.
