The major focus of my work was on: Strategic development of the business. Marketing, with special focus on public sector tenders. Fleet administration, Human resources, Property management. Managing Subcontractors.

Responsibility for all statutory, agency and tax reporting.My achievements in the role: Securing €2m in section 481 finance. Arranging asset finance for film equipment.

We grew this business from a £3m turnover to £20m in 3 years, employing 200 staff. My major contribution was in securing finance through invoice discounting to support this growth, and developing accounting systems to manage the fast growing business.
