Patrick O’Malley is a motivated Account Executive with over 35 years experience in Information Technology. His extensive experience spans all phases of systems development including: design, development and implementation of complex, large-scale IT systems for Federal, State, and local governments, as well as private industry in both Europe and the US. Patrick has , 20 years of project management, account management, and oversight experience, leads the company’s business line for SACWIS/CCWIS/Justice and is responsible for overseeing group strategy and operations for government customers across multiple fields and scopes of services. He serves as executive oversight for a portfolio of state government projects at Conduent, assisting State Government Services clients in the administration and delivery of mission- critical services in Human Health Service programs. As a consultant to the State Commonwealth of Pennsylvania for over 17 years, Patrick was a key player in the design and development of the Pennsylvania Child Support Enforcement System (PACSES). He was directly responsible for the design and management of several strategic application modifications focused on performance and customer service improvement. While working on PACSES Patrick was responsible for optimizing the data exchanges between the Child Support, Temporary Aid for Needy Families (TANF) and Foster Care systems. More recently, Patrick has provided oversight for customization of a COTS based Enterprise Integrated Case Management for Health and Human Services and providing a holistic view of client needs and services. He is a member of the National Child Support Enforcement Association and serves on the Emerging Issues and Best Practices subcommittee. Patrick currently lives in Maryland with his wife and two children.
