Processing of high risk & complex Reorganizations while working within prescribed deadlines: Shares/Cash Offers, Rights/Warrants distribution, sales, Conversions/Mergers, Stock splits, Stock Dividends, Spin offs etc.Process all Class Action Security Litigation on behalf of BHPB clients. Daily reconciliation to match with ADP book of records. Created SOP’s with a simplified version for each task on the desk.

Provide accurate and timely clearance, settlements and safekeeping services in support of products traded by various Harris bank lines of business.Ensure trades, securities, general ledgers, pricing and account documentation entries are entered into appropriate systems within a timely manner.Process and Reconcile transactions through Bony, Atlas and SKOPE systems.Process Principal and Interest payments on appropriate dates.Assisted with creating testing scenarios on SKOPE system with regards to price/rate updates.Process Corporate Actions via Atlas and SKOPE system within a timely manner according to procedures.
