-Manage end-to-end delivery of Client Onboarding & Life Cycle Management banking applications for Client Office.-Manage multiple cross-functional Agile development teams with continuous timely & efficient business improvements-Provide leadership & direction to the cross-functional teams, including project managers, business analysts, developers, QA analysts and Production Support.-Coordinate with Business stakeholders and manage project expectations to ensure successful delivery within scope, time and budget constraints.

-Solution & Data Architect for IB Global Client Reference Data responsible for managing all technical & design decisions front to back for the Client Onboarding life cycle, AML Risk, Trading Account management, KYC & Regulatory Compliance.-Integration & Technical Delivery lead managing the development of the large-scale adoption of the Fenergo product as the single IB Client Onboarding platform for the IBCM, GM & APAC business areas.-Responsible for managing the outsourcing vendor workforce strategy partnering with external resource providers.

-Responsible for the development of integration interfaces between the IB Client, Trading Accounts, Name Screening, Market & Credit Risk applications and the Fenergo Client Onboarding application.-Responsible for the Data Migration team managing all ETL activities and data cleansing activities from the legacy systems to the Fenergo application.-Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the Client Onboarding space with a strong institutional knowledge around Regulations and Know Your Client (KYC) processes with a deep understanding of the Fenergo Onboarding platform.

-Responsible for the global management and day-to-day operations of the Strategic Development for Client Reference Data providing application solutions for Client Onboarding across the Investment Bank.-Hands on Global Delivery Manager responsible for the development of high quality complex technical solutions utilizing a wide range of technologies (Oracle PL/SQL, JMS Messaging, Java, GWT/GXT) for Client Reference Data Business stakeholders. -Manage vendor relationships and responsible for the management of 20+ onshore and offshore developers with a well-balanced distribution of outsourced and employee resources.-Responsible for setting the strategic vision of the Client Program including partnering closely with business sponsors to define the Strategic Roadmap.-Designed and developed from the ground up the strategic Client Onboarding systems utilized globally by hundreds of users in APAC, EMEA and the Americas-Delivered application solutions for Standing Settlement Instructions (SSI) across Operations in the IB and managed all aspects of the development life cycle from gathering initial business requirements to final Production implementation. -Successfully implemented Bloomberg Proxy application that processed Back Office files and handled user Per Security requests reducing the costs of Bloomberg Per Security consumption.
